Due to our policy, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason

Shipping fees will not be refunded or transfer, shipping fees of the returned merchandise will not be covered by Heavenly Secrets Shop.

Damages and issues

2. We prioritize customer satisfaction by meticulously verifying the size, condition, and address details of each order, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear or bathing  suits  products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
